Rock and Water Program

Service Description

It's an anti-bullying program designed to improve confidence for students, supporting their communication, social awareness and self-defence skills. We teach our students practical skills for dealing with or overcoming situations. The program also explores how students may overcome threatening or challenge sitations (non-verbal, social media and aggresive behaviour) - and works on developing strategies to overcome it. We are also special-needs friendly, and we encourage students from all different backgrounds and challenges to attend.
